Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped via DHL or Fedex from our design studio in Tulum, Mexico. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer shipping insurance via Route which can be added at checkout. Please note, should you opt out of shipping insurance, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for any lost, stolen or damaged items.                     

Shipping within North America:

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $300 USD or more within North American (Mexico, USA, Canada). Orders below $300 USD will be required to pay our standard shipping rate of $40 USD

Shipping Internationally: 

We offer free shipping to Europe on orders totaling $300 USD or more & free international shipping on orders totaling $300 USD or more. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the items in your cart. Upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that have incurred as a result of the shipment.
